World Cultures is a quarter-long course designed to expose students to a variety of cultural products and practices that occur outside of the United States. Students will rotate every 2.5-3 weeks into a new world of language and culture, sampling a bit of French, German, and Spanish. At the end of 6th grade, students can choose to study one particular language in 7th and 8th grades. When a student successfully completes 7th AND 8th grade modern language, they will receive one high school credit for the language studied.
